Why ComplyShield Exists
As regulations like DORA, NIS2, SEC Cybersecurity Rules, and NYDFS 23 NYCRR 500 came into force, they created new layers of compliance complexity for financial institutions across the EU and the US. Suddenly, organisations needed to manage ICT risk registers, track incidents against strict timelines, oversee third-party providers, and generate regulatory reports in machine-readable formats — often across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
